i have a gsr motor with i/m in a 1991 integra ls im using all the obdo emissions and the car is idling at 2k does anybody know about this?

block is b18a1 with pr3 pistons
head is b18c1 with oem head gasket

 

what intake u using...if the car has a fast idle control valve, check that first...

 

is that manifold a recent install? make sure you don't have an air leak.
did you install the mani yourself? did you clean the mating surfaces well?
i had a kind of fast idle in my G3 teg... the butterfly was open a fraction from the oil residue build up in the throttle body. if your still running the original TB, make sure it's SHUT at idle, if not, use some carb cleaner and an old toothbrush to clean that sucker out! engine off of course when you do that.
