I'm sure this has been covered or another post but I can't seem to find a solution.
I have a 97 ex(CDN SI). On cold starts she idles rough a little bit then the rpms kick up to almost 2k.
Also after driving a little bit when I'm at a dead stop the rpms surge a bitup about 5pms then back down and it does this 2-3 times.

I've already replaced the iacv, cleaned the map sensor, cts was replaced, new plugs, wires and rotor cap and button and adjusted the valves (I'm sure this ahd nothing to do with the rough idle but it had to be done none the less).

You may want to check whether the throttle cable is out of adjustment and whether the throttle body is dirty.
