did you check the plug wires? maybe dist. cap, rotor? not just tighten, but check the plugs to see if they are good? just throwing out ideas to try and help....

make sure the plug wires are in good condition, plug wires plug to the right location from spark plugs to dist. cap. to spark plug, and check to see if the spark plugs are gap to engine spec.

pull all the spark plugs, that can tell you if your running rich, lean, burning oil ect. check the gap, and look for pitting in the electrodes, and check the gaping of all the plugs. for under 10 dollars, just go get a new set of plugs and try that.
