Fs-B16 head with Gsr block

I have a B16 head with a GSR block ready for poor mans type r..
the motor right now has stock internals
NO TRANNY
NO INTAKE MANIFOLD
NO DISTRIBUTER
NO VALVE COVER
the motor has about 79k miles on it.
GIVE ME AN OFFER ON THE MOTOR

did the motor burn oil or have any leaks? Was a compression test done on the motor?
