I drilled holes in the pre-stamped dimples and used grade 10 metric stainless hardware.

if you want to run a oem bar like the gsr, si or ctr. You have to drill the holes for them. And if you dont want to drill holes you could always buy a bar for you car, such as the spoon, skunk2, neuspeed, carbing, passwordjdm.com and so on...

Nope, no threads. Best bet is to tack a bolt up from inside the fender well.

Drill four holes. Insert bolts from fender up. Nut it at the top. Make sure you get washers.

They make grade 10 metric hardware? I work as a heavy equipment mechanic, and as far as i know grade 8 is the strongest...

I was under the impression that Grade 10 metric was equal to Grade 8 SAE (highest grade).

SAE is metric... far as i know. I've never heard of grade 10 bolts, and most CAT equipment use metric bolts...

I think the OEM lca bolts are grade 10 IIRC. Most highest grade from stores however is a grade 8.8 i think.

Are you retarded?

SAE is the Society of Automotive Engineers. They lend their measurement practice to things such as motor oil and tool sizing.

SAE sockets are ones such as 3/8", 1/2" 1/4" etc.
Metric sockets are ones such as 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc.
