Default brake help?

i'm in need of brakes (rotors and pads) badly. i went onto tirerack.com
and the bottom it says

Note: (Front) Slotted vented rotor. Excludes Si models with ABS.

can someone explain to me what that means.

i have a '99 ek hatch with a d16y7. if that matters.

Hmm, that is weird because the 99-00 Si (US) never came with ABS.

Well either way, for the front you need the smaller rotors 9.2" if I remember correctly.
