Default Car will not start

So this morning I go to turn on my car and it cranks but at the end it does nothing. I tried to give it a jump and nothing. So I checked the fuse box in the front and there all fine but when I checked the ones underneath the dash none of them lighted up. ( I do have power cuz I checked the battery and it was fine) Any help would be appreciated.

when you turn your key on do you hear the fuel pump running( a slight hmm for a few seconds) if not then it is probably your main relay. If you hear that pull a spark plug out, plug it back into the wire and ground it against the valve cover...have someone turn they key to start it and see if it sparks. If it doesnt spark it could be your coil or ignitor..to test the coil or ignitor to see which it is..take off the distributor cap..the positive and negative wires right on top of the coil (the small black box under after you take the cap off) clip the test light between the two wires and try to crank...if it lights its the coil, if it doesnt its the ignitor.

sounds like a main relay went bad. check to see if you have power going to the fuse box under the dash.

I checked all the fuses under the hood and they all have power. I also checked the fuses underneath the dash and none of them have power.( when I turn the switch nothing turns on not even the fuel pump.)
