What should I expect from the d15b

Default What should I expect from the d15b

I wanted to know what kind of horse power increase would I see on a D15b Vtec with Si tranny

I want to put y8 head gasket

Skunk2 Intake Manifold

Skunk2 Exhaust System

DC Headers

Chipped ECU

Not a whole lot of things but am I better off boosting then staying NA

Using that motor unless you plan on dumping a **** load of money into it and having bisi on your side your better off with boosting it...........but you really need to give us your goal as to what you want out of the car

I really just want a quick little wagon my set up right now is stock d15b with dual point and si tranny 5 speed my goal is just making it quick beat a few ricers and thats about it oh and daily driven as well

I would first start off with changing to mpfi you can do a search for dpfi to mpfi on the forum then decide from there.....you'll most likely be able to reach your goal with a nice little pieced together turbo setup for around 1k...it will take a lot more money and effort to go fast with an all motor sohc......aso go into the all motor forum there is a huge thread on all motor single cams you can read up on
