Idle takes 4 seconds to drop each time I stop. cleaned fitv iacv new tps what else could it be. start up is normal high then drops to 800. the only prob is when i come to a stop it idles at 1000 for 4 secs and then goes to 800. what should i try next

 

Sticky throttle body plate? Cable work smoothly?

 

yeah. Its wierd. I cleaned it before I recently put it on with intake cleaner

 

Check if the throttle cable is caught up on anything. Have a friend rev it up while you look under the hood.

 

what about a new rotor cap, wires, and plugs should i try that and what should i get?

 

don't waste your money...

those have nothing to do with "sticky" idle

 

Could be a slow moving or slightly stuck Fast Idle Thermo valve.
