Default Changed clutch and gearing is notchy now

I have a 2000 LS and just changed the clutch to a 6 puck sprung disc and new PP and throwout bearing. Weird thing is that while Im driving the thing shifts like butter but when stopped at a traffic light and I try to run it through the gears with my foot on the clutch (obviously), its kind of notchy and hard to get into the gears. Never did this before. Slave cylinder was replaced but I havent done master yet. Car only has 95k on it and was ALWAYS super smooth regardless. Only reason I changed the clutch is because I went turbo. Any ideas?

make sure you bled the clutch lines good enough. What kind of fluid did you put back in the trans >?
