Default How to fix saggy rear bumper...

Yes I've searched and came up with nothing.

What's a good way to help fix this issue? Is there something that gets loose causing it to sag? Or do I just need to replace all the clips? Anyone else have/had/having this problem? Mine seems to get worse and worse.
Thank you!

the pic shown below is 2000 civic front and rear bumper. this happened to my eg civic front bumper too. i replaced all the *****, grommets and for pat 21 and 8, i bought a nut and bolt from home depo and eliminated the big gap between fender and bumper. i hope this helps. and if this does not help, u need to check the chassis and bumper support area if it is bent or been into accident or something

awesome thanks. i took a look an noticed that a few of the #28 clips were missing and ones that were still there didnt seem to keep a tight fight, they just served as hooks. the biggest difference is in the sides, might just try a thicker screw.

Which part is sagging? Do you have pics by chance?

I just kind of accidentally fixed mine... take your rear bumper off and behind that garnish panel below the outer tail light are two metal tabs that hold the edge of the bumper, I managed to push part of my bumper over the outter tab so that it sat a little higher... it isn't a long term fix, but it helps bring that part of the bumper cover up a little bit.
