what the hell is wrong wit these guys.... the prices are amazing but the description of the motor is off because to my knowledge theres no such thing as the jdm b20b from 97-00 there are 2 separate years 96-98 which is 8.8 cr then 99-00 which would be 9.6 cr...

i called and asked the secretary and they had no answers for me

 

i just ended up going to hmotors for the real 99-00 high compression b20b which is the motor i really wanted but they are killing me on the price because of shipping to new jersey the total price is about 1k ouchh but i love this motor so no complaints from me

no i wasnt talking about the price... the price is tru because i called and all together with shipping and all it comes out to 600 bucks shipped to new jersey so that price is the real price but thats not my problem

 

hmotors is your best bet. You can buy the $600 motor but you'll most likely spend another 600 or more just getting it right.

 

Every time I've tried to order a motor, HM has been out of stock. They also don't seem to care about single cams at all. But I'm loving my 36mpg 3 stage VTEC motor that I got from a place in North Hollywood.

 

well dont know bout that but they have my motor in stock even tho they are one of the more expensive place online its worth the service and the condition of the motors

 

i think you can but a b20 from password for about 500 i know its only 100bucks cheaper but i think they have good shipping costs, but i know some people dont like them but iv never had a problem

were not talking about the same motor... the motor i want is the 99-00 jdm b20b and the one password has is the 96-98 jdm b20b... the compression is totally different on the 2 motors and the 99-00 version isnt nearly as cheap
