Wheel Bearing?
Here is my problem it just happened today. I just recently bought an 1998 Acura Integra GS with ABS for $1000. My problem just occurred while driving on the 676 to Chinatown and all of the sudden I hear a loud roaring vibrating sound from the driver side. I looked in the search and most say it is a bad wheel bearing or axle. My car symptoms vibrating and knocking sound from wheel and small noticeable clicks while going over small bumps. I stopped the car on the emergency lane so I wouldn't damage anything else to it and now the car is parked in front of the drive way thanks to a cheap tow.
Is there any test to see which is bad the axle or wheel bearing?
