I think the cage looks good, you dont have to cut the cage out, all you need to do is add those bars in, other then that it should pass!!!
Anywhere I can educate myself on what the bars are called and their locations?
Im thinking about it, the welds arent great on the cage... So i would probably have to get it rewelded, no?

Just look at some pics on line, i cant tell but is the cage welded on 6x6 inch plates?

D bars are the ones going 45 degree downward on this pic. I can't remember if you need the sill-sill bar this year or not.

in my experience, its a tech by tech basis on whether you need the sill bar or not. Even the techs are open to interpretation of regulations that i have yet to see in writing in an SFI book.
