Default slow power windows?

So I have a 94 ex coupe and my power windows in both sides are going up pretty slowly. Anything
I can to have them work properly? Is it a motor problem, can I maybe wd-40 something? Thanks guys, searched and didn't find anything.

silicon spray into a rag, then wipe down the rubber tracks that the window slides in.

They they get dirty, clean them and it will work fine again.
It may take multiple times doing this.

Yep, silicone spray. Just spray all the rubber and let it run down inside the rubber seal on the doors. rota and I were shown that by a guy who owns a glass shop in town.

werd did this on my windows and it worked like a charm.
roll your window down all the way and just spray silicone spray on the sides or if yours has the stray thing all the better cuz you can aim it onto the tracks.
