Default car swaying when moving slowly, question

so when im doing anywhere from 5-20mph i can feel my car swaying slightly left and right. it feels like its coming from the back left wheel. im pretty sure its nothing engine related because if im just rolling in neutral it will still shake/sway. ive had my cousin drive side by side so he could look at it and he says he doesnt see anything. im thinking i have a warped disk. are there other possibilities? car is an em1

Have your wheels spun on a balancing machine. Sounds like one is a little bent. Your friend may not notice it but when it's on a wheel machine, it will be plain as day. Warped rotor typically presents itself when braking only. If it was the rotor, it should be worse when you touch the brakes.

Or a shifted belt on a tire.
