so my 04 sedan has been making this noise, i cant explaint the noise, but here is a short explanation, im in "D" drive and im gonna reverse so i put it in "R" then as i start to give it gas to reverse it clunks and so i stop give it a second and bam i reverse ok, what could be the problem?
I was thinking of getting the tranny fluid changed will that make a difference? or is it a bad tranny? someone help me. Ill try to post a vid with sound later tonight.

Sounds to me like your torque converter is dying.

try an ATF service with Honda fluid before anything.

Not a torque converter issue.
