Default Jdm D15b Idle problem after engine install??? Please Help!!! Searched already!!

I blew my last OBD-1 Jdm D15b motor that was Greddy boosted on my 95 civic hatch. I installed another one and know i have an idle problem sometimes which surges between 1500 and 2000 rpms. I checked all vacume lines and i cleaned my iacv with carb cleaner but still the same thing. I think it might be the map sensor because i checked my codes and im pulling a Code 3 but it again comes on from time to time when i really pull hard. Maybe i just need a good tune!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It still shouldn't surge idle that much -- do you have a chipped ecu on a basemap of some sort?

I dont know if you have one, but you should try cleaning or replacing the fast idle valve on the throttle body. My friends car's idle hopped like crazy, he got a fast idle valve from the JY and it idle so smooth.

or he could just take off his FITV, screw the white valve on the inside all the way down an call it a day... thats what i did to mine 3 years ago an its been fine ever since....
