tuning p2t

Default tuning p2t

so if i tune my p2t ecu to the same programming that a p28 ecu would have, will my car still run the same ?

lol i have a 2000 em1 si, so its the stock ecu. if i tune that witht he same programming as the p28, and chip that, will it run the same?

no, the obd2 ecu is nottuneable unless you consider getting a $450 dollar blank chip a good deal then by all means go for it.

and you want a p28.bin on a p2t? why?

it'll run lean i have the bin i can give it to you but it's not a great idea.........

btw just chipping an ecu does not give you power you need to tune it .

well i was going to chip it and then have it dyno tuned. but should i jst get the p28 and the jumper harness and get it tuned with that?

ok cool will do then. p28 only run about 125 and jumper harnesses are 75 so an even 200 will do , plus shipping. but whats the bin anyways...jst to have.

whoever tunes your car will or should have plenty of basemaps and other bins for you. unless you plan on buying the equipment to tune yourself you really dont need it.
