Default JDM 98 Spec B18C-R N/A build... help!

Hey all, I am looking to make some more power this season and I started to piece together a turbo build for this R motor. I just wanted to run 6-7 psi in stock form but I am pretty worried about the reliability of boosting a 11.5:1 (I think) CR motor on 94 octane pump gas. Anyhow, I was thinking of going all motor because I think It would be a much more reliable option and I could probably run the same 1/4 times with a good setup.

The motor needs rings, the compression in cylinder #3 is way down. It runs healthy it just burns a bit of oil in Vtec. Anyhow, I am going to be rebuilding it either for boost or N/A and I was wondering what I can do to try to make around 220-230 WHP N/A, keeping in mind that I am able to change all of the internals in the motor. I just need this to be a reliable daily driver that I can have some fun with. The motor made 187whp/130wtq completely untuned with just I/H/E on a dynojet so I think I can make some good power out of it. Any input is appreciated, I'm looking for specifics parts to use and general upgrades I will need, thanks.

I've been searching and I haven't found anything or anyone using the ITR motor. I'm not that great at navigating thorugh this site... I also know that I don't want to frankenstein this into an LS/VTEC or CRVTEC.

2 things...

1. It is not very common for one cylinder to be way down on compression compared to another due to rings.

2. Why no ls/crvtec?

Well I wanted to keep the motor intact because it is an R motor... I'm not 100% on whats wrong with the motor I know, I'm just assuming it isn't anything serious (im hoping valve seals or piston rings) because the motor does run very very strong.

although if it would be really beneficial, I could get my hands on a b20z or b20b motor for pretty cheap (b20z im assuming is preferable because of the higher compression?)

thank you for your help thus far.
