Is it a mitsuba or denso?

Either way, it should work. The 17A GS-R transmission is the same dimensionally. I used one off a '00 Civic SiR which was a Mitsuba for the JDM grinding flywheel problem I encountered and it's been fine for a very long time now (5+ years).

I had problems with my starter and while I was looking for a replacement I found that ITR starters were different than GSR and LS starters, the pin was longer than most.
I have an extra brand starter if you are lookig for one.
Let me know. send me an IM.
