Im rebuilding my head and so i have to break everything back in, I have a suspended license so my dad will be driving the car, is there any way that I can make the ecu go into limp mode so he never hits vtec but can still accelerate decently by going up to 6500?

why? you worried your dad will have a heart attack from hitting vtec? its great but not that great! lol jk

 

Lengthen the throttle cable. hahhaha............

 

no im trying to break in a new head so hitting vtec isnt a good thing

 

idle the engine at 3000 for 10-20 mins. Thats all the "break in" that valvesprings need.
