Default Five lug conversion for '04 EM2

I have an '04 Civic VP coupe and have saved up some money. I want to do a five lug conversion and discs in rear. I have tried finding information on wheel hubs and dimensions and come up with next to nothing. Any info or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

You would use RSX Type S parts for a 5 lug rear disc conversion. I believe you would need custom axles however.

Here is a DIY for drum to disc conversion for a parts listing:

This thread has tons of information in it about the em2/es1/es2 civic.
