Has anyone done the 5 lug conversion on their teg?
If so or not does anyone know exactly what parts would be needed to perform this conversion?

A simple search will yield everything you need to know.
I just typed in "lug conversion" in the search page and about 8 links came up all related to what you need. I'm sure the archived search will bring up even more.
