I'm sorry to be asking this question here, but I'm sure a lot of you LS/VTEC guys have dealt with this before.

I'm simply wondering if my tapped ITR oil pan will fit on a B18A1 block. I cracked a sleeve in my ITR block, so it's going on the shelf until winter so I'm running a LS/VTEC for this season.

Also, will I have to swap over my oil pickup tube, or is the LS pickup tube sufficient?

Anything else I need to swap over? Thanks!

 

you need the pickup as well. i assume youll be using the ITR oil pump on the LS as well and not the LS pump (i hope)

Yes of course.

OEM ITR oil pump, water pump, timing belt and tensioner

Can anyone confirm that I ONLY need to replace the oil pickup? What about the ITR windage tray?

 

yes you have to use the pickup and windage tray
