Loss of power after tune up wtf!!
yesterday i did a full tune up myself, i changed tranny oil honda mtf 3 qrts!, motor oil, spark plugs and wires ngk, dist. cap/rotor, fuel filter honda. today i was driving and did some pulls in 3rd and it feels alot weaker i feal a power loss definetly, it pulled almost twice as hard before the tune up. It seems to feel weak in v-tech, im confused in why this happened. My car is fully built gsr 11:6:1 comp. any help/input would be great. P.s can over filling the tranny couse this theres 3 qrts in! please help!!

That would be the most obvious place to look first. Drain nearly a quart out and then try your car out. If it's still off, check your ignition timing.

the "H" that you see on the bottom half of the valve cover isnt there to get tacked on after the last letter of vtec. It stands for "honda"

The specified amount of gear oil for a gsr m/t is 2.2 qts if you put 3qts its too much but I doubt that's what's causing the loss of power. I would check the fuel pressure if you have a fuel pressure guage and also the ignition timing.
