Failed smog...BAD

Okay, I've done some research, so don't tell me to search. Got some good info by the way actually, but I'm here for a little more.
Reg is due soon, and I went to a smog test only station to check what I was working with with my JDM D15B VTEC. Was running the P02 ECU and the 1 wire O2 sensor at the time, and also a CARB legal AEM intake, header, and 2.25" exhaust.
Here are the results:
-Visual
Slightly irratic and high idle, could not accurately check timing.
-Emissions MAX-AVE-MEAS
15mph
HC: 97-21-176
CO: 0.59-0.06-1.40
NO: 731-150-1885
25mph
HC: 62-13-163
CO: 0.59-0.05-0.97
NO: 798-136-1390
So, after that horrible failure, I took my hatch to a repair shop to see what they could do (yes, I don't have time to do the work by myself). I brought my old DX ecu with me and told them that they should put that on first.
Well, just today, they put in the old ECU, replaced the o2 sensor with a 4 wire heated one, and fixed the IACV to improve the idle. She runs smooth and slow now, but I still have no idea what the emissions will be. They decided against replacing the cat for right now, as they are expensive and should only be replaced if really needed, so I'm going to get a retest tomorrow, and going to call the shop back with the new numbers.
Hoping for the best, but if anyone has any more input for me on the numbers I've provided, I sure would appreciate it. I'll give an updated set of numbers when I retest. *sigh* I'll probably have to replace the cat. Smog

By that, do you mean BAR? Because that would be awesome, but I would need to pass smog in general in order to get one of those. Thanks for the support though. Any other suggestions?
EDIT: Oh wait. You're from Florida. You probably don't care.

I know alot of people who pay off the guys doing their inspections to keep their cars on the streets. Just because Im in florida doesnt mean I dont care, it just means I can do anything to my car I want. Like run an extra fuel pump straight to the exhaust with a spark plug right behind it.

Ok, let's take this approach. I understand the concept of paying people off, and I don't intend to do that. I asked about info on my numbers, ie: what certain numbers can point to, and what may be good to look into because of it, not about getting stickers and paying people off.
I'd rather you stop trying to "help" me by suggesting this crap. What are you doing here even replying to this? Thanks for the info though.
Anybody have any helpful info on the numbers I've provided, please shoot me a reply. I'll have an update in a little bit with my new numbers. Thanks a lot.

Update bump. Problem solved, no thanks to the ****-stabbers above me, or anyone who got involved.
New numbers after failed even worse because of a newly developed vacuum leak in the evap purge solenoid, even with the new ECU and O2 sensor.
HC-15:191 25:130, CO-15:0.85 25:0.51, NO-15:2915 25:1462
Went back for more repairs. Due to the extremely high NO, the cat was replaced, and the evap purge solenoid was as well. Went for a retest after activating the cat. Here are the numbers:
15mph
CO2-15.1
O2-0.0
MAX-AVE-MEAS
HC-97-21-41
CO-0.59-0.06-0.04
NO-731-150-244
25mph
CO2-15.1
O2-0.0
MAX-AVE-MEAS
HC-62-13-20
CO-0.59-0.05-0.01
NO-798-136-59

So, in conclusion, with no help from the Honda-Tech trolls (really, where's the smogman at to get everyone under control when I need him?), my car has passed. Not only that, but my Japanese engine has passed with flying colors, and I just wanted to get that out there. I am so relieved, I'm gonna go have a beer. None for the little 18 year olds who told me "lolz you sh00d has a sticker!

Thanks for the positive comments you guys. Yeah, i know people who will pass it for me, in fact i found a new resource while repairing who will remain nameless, but I intend to BAR this engine, and I needed it to pass smog, but thanks for the congrats.

Thanks for making me LOL.
And thanks for the Sig.
And i'm glad you got it sorted out. So far i've lived in Florida, Georgia, and now Michigan, so I haven't ever really had to worry about it, but i bet it sucks....
