96 obd2a gsr throttle body on 92 DA
i know you can reroute the vacuum line on the map sensor of the da or rewire the map sensor from the gsr tb, but im a lil iffy about the holes in the tb. the gsr tb has only one hole inside and the da tb has 2 holes. what do you do with the 2nd hole in the manifold.
also can the tps from the da tb go onto the gsr tb. im selling an aftermarket tb that is exactly like a 96 gsr but without any sensors and some guy with a da wants it, if that helps. so basically, what can he do to make this work. thanks in advance.

The 92 has the FITV and the 96+ does not....its a worthless valve anyway, so the extra hole does not matter. The TPS will cross over as well.
ok so all he has to do is:
1. swap the tps
2. reroute the map sensor vacuum line
3. bypass the fitv by connecting the 2 coolant lines together
is this correct? please verify, thank you.

I would think that you would simply cap the vacuum line for the original MAP sensor. The MAP on the TB needs no vacuum line.
Also, why would you swap the TPS?

im not sure what you're asking but, im selling a gsr style tb with no sensors whatsoever to a guy with a DA. so he would need to swap his tps from his original tb to the one i have. as for the MAP sensor vacuum line, his map sensor is located on the firewall and my tb has no nipple for a vacuum line so im asking, would he need to reroute the vacuum line from his map sensor to his own manifold or something to make it work? i hope i have cleared it up and thanks for the response.

Yes that is what you would need to do. The TPSs on the 90-9x (early model integras) are just screwed in and not "riveted" in like the 94+s)....not sure which year they stopped that (91 or 93). Then he can run a little plate w/ nipple where the stock MAP was for the vacuum source or one off the IM....either one.
