my b20vtec turbo set up
ok im just a few parts away from boost. and this will be my first boosted car
this is my set up so fsr
blitz front mount
p28 ecu tuned with chrome
dsm 450cc injectors
turbo xs bov
stealthmode performace t3 oil line kit
turbonetics wastgate, dumptube, manifold and t4 57 trim turbo
greddy oil catch can
its going on a b20vtec engine
b20z block, b16 head, and b16 tranny
it does have arp head studs
so here are some pics

ok my questions are the front mount is pritty beat up and the intercooler piping is nasty as hell.
1. should i wait and buy new intercooler piping and intercooler if so i was looking at just an e-bay kit to get me by and then how would i get my bov to fit on the piping
2. i know b20 is a bad block to boost on stock sleeves so how long do you think this will last with all stock internails. i was probibly only going to run 8psi and what numbers should i be looking at.

1. If you decide you need new IC piping, any of the Ebay piping kits will work, but you'll have to make it fit. There are other companies who sell the piping you'd need to build it on your own. To get the BOV to fit on the piping, you'd just buy the correct flange and have it welded on
2. The B20 isn't the best block because of the stock sleeves being weak, but if you dont go overboard, you'll be fine. Just be sure you stay around 300whp and get a good tune....you'll be fine
