Default can i use an aermotive a1000?

i am selln my aeromotive fuel pump and regulator to a friend.
as long as fuel pressure is set, is there such thing as too much???
he will be using 440cc injectors?

and if the fuel lines are too big, will that matter? sorry but newbie.
-10 feed with -8 return?

thats just a BIG OVER KILL on the pump, walbro will be just fine
