any one have "the best" aftermarket bulbs for an integra im looking for the brighest around other then the HID kits. its for my GF.. pics would be sweet to thanks guys

 

sylvania silverstar 9005 converted to fit 9006.

 

yeah.. you could go with those, but my guess is, they wont last very long.

and coverted what do you mean because i know you can use the bright bulbs in the normal light spot.. if thats what your talking about??

 

yeah..but you have to grind down one of the teeth on the base of the bulb.. my friend did it on his integra back in 99... but with regular halogens

 

well, seems like a lot of people have been doing this conversion lately. I got my bulbs at autozone. I have no idea on the longevity but 3 months so far so good! do a search for 9005 conversion and sometihing is bound to come up.

 

why don't you think they will last very long? i figured that sylvania was pretty squared away. the wattage difference is 10, but most ghey bulbs are 80-100 watts.

 

because they are high beam bulbs..they're not really meant to run all the time..
