Basicly i bought a used gsr tranny for my 95 gsr put it on then i test drove it half a block somthing felt like a slight pop . It wouldent go anymore? So now im confused what could of happend They told me it might be my throw out bearing. I would really apreciate the help. Thank you

 

check the axles sounds like an axle popped out of the tranny...put it in gear and watch the speedo if it goes up an axle probably popped out or the diff took a crap

 

what else can it be? Im just wondering befor i have to drop the tranny again. axels look alright other than the boot being torn. Its giving me a headache! Thank you for your reply

 

Put the front in the air and see what happens when you spin the wheels. With the transmission in gear, does the opposite wheel spin the opposite direction? If not, an axle is broken or has popped out.
