can u start a civic with a junk ecu/computer witch is shot

the computer runs your motor, so if the computers not working your motor does not know how to function so no.. any obd1 computer will start your car see if ya can barrow one from a buddy..

well see thats the thing none of my friends drive honda's but the car does turn over
