Has Oil pressure. then looses it and blows seal out of oil filter

In my h22, it has oil pressure then looses it and blows out the seal in the oil filter. What is the difference between the h22a1 serious head gasket and the h22a4 head gasket. Thanks

It seems to me you have a serious blockade in the oil passage somewhere

Yea i know thats what the promblem is. But i wanted to know if any one kjnew what it could be.
