i have a 14b turbo that i'm putting an external wastegate on and i need to remove my wastegate flapper assembly.

i know if i was putting the wastegate on the manifold i could just weld the flapper shut, but i'm using the stock wastegate outlet.
i'm going to be building a down pipe and have another pipe coming out of the stock hole with a external wastegate on it.

so... how do i remove this.
i've gotten the flapper off and i've gotten the actuator arm bracket off, but i can't get the flapper arm out
