Default Guys....need some help finding tires

I am trying to locate a set of Yokohama A032R's for my ITR in the size of 205/50/15. From what i have seen the prices are crazy on these tires. I have been quoted $150 a tire from tirerack (heat cycled) and another place local for $170 a tire heat cycled as well. So i am lookin at at least $600 for a set of track only tires. Can i get these cheaper anywhere else? What about a different brand such as Kumho Victoracer V700? I need to stay in the $500 price range. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Don't bother heat cycling A032R's or Toyo RA-1's. Both those tires last so miserably long that their lifespan need not be prolonged.

They're not really track only tires, either.

Actually, I think they are the best r compounds to use if it's your first time. Don't go too sticky too soon. You'll pay for it in the end because you lose out in driver training.

I agree, I started on them and found them quite predictable. Bought mine thru tirerack w/out heatcycling, for $135 each and they lasted 6000 miles of daily driving and trackshools/autocrosses.

Damn.. i dont think my azenis are going to last that long. Maybe i should have bought RA-1's for street/track tirez
