Default Sky High Idle

Ok, so I've recently had a lot of trouble with my 97 Integra GS starting, and last night I decided to take it all apart and re-do everything. I re-timed it and everything, and when I put it back together it fired right up. The only problem is it seriously idles at 5k. I know my bone stock GS is a racecar, but I mean sheesh, 5000 RPM idle is a little ridiculous. Now, It did cross my mind that maybe my throttle body/cable is seriously out of adjustment, but by the time I got everything put back together it was dark and started snowing like crazy. I'd just like to know if that is the most rational reason as to why this is happening. When I step on the gas it responds just like It would otherwise, revs up perfectly then goes right back to 5k, no bogging or anything. I'd just like to get your guys opinions cause I've really been having nothing with headaches with this car, and if I didn't get such a good deal on it I would defintely have given up already. Thanks in advance.

Look for vacumm leaks or if your throttle body is opening. Also IM gasket or TB gasket if they are leaking.

Thanks, I'll double check that tomorrow if it clears up. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
