Fan keeps on going after 1-2 hours of car being off
What gives? this drains my battery and i have to unhook my negative every time I park. **** gets old.
Anything I can do besides unhook it?

It could also me the Radiator Cooling fan Timer module. It is located under the dash on the driver's side and and about the size of a deck of cards, way up in the dash, very hard to see.
I had to replace mine because the radiator cooling fan would never run. The problem you are seeing is more common with a failure of this part.

you can tell us WHAT YEAR the car is...nobody here will laugh at you for driving a 79 Accord
On later model Accords there is a temp sensor in the line of the upper radiator hose, that commonly causes the problem you describe.
to diagnose it, get the fans in the running mode with the key off and unplug that sensor. if the fans stop you have found the problem.

I had a problem with mine that was the opposite. The radiator fan would never come on while the car was hot. Standing in front of the car looking towards the driver, the radiator fan should be the one on the left and the condenser fan should be on the right. When you shut the car off, the cooling timer relay should turn the condenser fan should come on for fifteen minutes.
In my case, it would turn the radiator fan on instead. Neither fan would come on when the thing was too hot.
The shop said the cooling timer fan relay was bad and replaced it. They charged me $400. The relay timing circuit board was smoked so it was bad but it didn't fix the problem.
The part # on my module is 37740-pt7-a000 but I can't find any information about the relay anywhere. I have schematics of the circuit I could send you (1992 Accord) if you want.
Did you have any luck solving your problem?

One more question, Could you post a link to the

document you referred to. I can't find it anywhere.
Thanks

thanks all you, I fixed my problem because the fan was working for long time after the car got off, and the problem was that the wires of the temperature sensor were disconnected.
