cluster problems/works on and off
i have a 1996 accord got some engine work done, but ever since my cluster works when it wants to. sometimes it can go for miles with it working perfect then if i turn the car off i breaks down againg. when i turn the car on it stay on 20mph and bounces up a little like there is something sending a small pulse. i dodnt really wanna change and buy a new cluster, ive been told it might be a sensor, or it might be at the end of the wire where it is connected to the trasmission i was told. but no real answers yet.
can some one that have had the same problem help me out please?

If you were to search and do any bit of research you need to either replace the IC on the back of the cluster or buy a new speedo portion.
