would a VSS from a '91 b16 tranny work for a 3rd gen. gsr tranny?

 

Didn't a '91 B16 have a cable speedometer? If so, no it will not work.

 

when i did my b18 to b16 swap, the b16 tranny had an electronic vss opposed to my origininal b18 cable, so i had to swap the vss, hence i have the extra electronic one... just wondering bc someone with a 3rd gen gsr needs one and if im not mistaken they use electronic..?
