i had s techs but i got rid of them for h&r limited editions.

the s tech is a good spring, it has nice ride quality, the drop looks aggressive. according to the catalog, it will give you a 1.6 inch drop.

the high techs are kinda the same as the s techs, but it doesnt offer as much of a drop. it offers a 1 inch drop according to the catalog.

Tein makes awesome springs/coilovers I just got a set of Tein Basics. Here is a DIY on what your looking at as far as swapping out your current springs http://gametrax.net/springs/index.html

Also I am fairly sure this has been covered many times before so try searching.

I have the S-Techs and I love them. I commute 45 minutes everyday and can't complain. Almost near stock ride IMO. No sag no nothing. I would recommend a camber kit if you go with any drop. Even though I didn't notice camber wear at all from the S-Tech's better safe then sorry. Good all around spring for the price. Gives you about a two finger gap all around.

Check the FAQ's for the Suspension Guide, seeing as it pretty much answers that question.
