What kinda driving habits you have plays a part in your mileage as well as

Dirty Fuel injectors
badly tuned car
bad fuel filter
air filter is clogged/dirty
tire pressure is really low
health of your motor

Generally you will get around 10% less mpg in the winter months. When the roads are slippery you must drive slower (unless you're a bonehead) which shoots your mpg even lower. Last month we got NAILED with snow up here, the roads sucked for weeks and my mpg was awful because I could barely drive faster than, say, 35 mph.

Of course if you need a tune up like ke98248 and crazyguy said, your mpg will suck even more.

its stock.. it needs a clean air filter and an oil change, but that should be it.
