Default Fan Sensor or Temperature timer?

its -4 degrees outside here in MN and my 98 Accord Fan runs wild!!! the fan seems like its ALWAYS running while im driving the car and when the car is off.

well last nite the fan ran all night and drained my battery.

Do you guys think its the Fan Sensor? also where would i find that in a 98 V6 accord?

or the temperature timer?

Thanks in advance!

On older models, you can change the temperature sensor without draining the coolant. There should be an air bleed vent where the upper hose enters the engine block. Bleed the air and replenish coolant that was lost.
