Default Junk's 1.6

Hello,

Just cleaning out the computer and ran across some random shots from the summer. Have quite a few things to be installed once the 5 feet of snow is gone and over with, so new shots coming when its nice enough out.

Say what you will, the car is for me and me alone.

99 1.6 El, not a Civic with a conversion

Thanks dudes,

might as well post up the few small mods I have done.

H&R suspension
mFactory adjustable front control arms and rear camber kit
16" Rota Slips (don't care, shut up)
AEM short ram
GSR Throttle body
"Type R" lips (rear not installed in pics)
B&M shifter
Energy engine mount and shifter bushings
DIY grill and headlights
Honda Access shift **** and boot
Grip tape pedals
Civic Sir mirrors

Not installed are mostly cosmetic (Will be done in the spring)

Rebuilt and bored out GSR T/B
New tinted bumper lights
AEM CAI
Painted and shaved V/C
Cap, rotor, pcv and wires
Timing belt, water pump and tensioner
Drive belts
Synthetic trans fluid w. magnetic plug
OEM strut bar
Tie rod ends
New badges
Different grill
Flat Black window mouldings
New ground wires
Muteki lug nuts (May not be installed thanks to the horror stories I've been hearing about their keys stripping)
Window visors

I'm sure there is more, but haven't ripped through the boxes in the garage for a while.

Found a couple more, and yes, I know there is a Honda badge on the back. I wanted to replace the green and gross looking emblems, after I ripped them off, I found out the Acura symbol we had in stock was gone. Replaced it with the Honda one for the time being, all new emblems are at the house now.

Just for fun, Schumacher's F2001 at the Toronto Auto Show yesterday, not sure why, but it had the graphics from the F2007

Nope, might do something different with the pin striping this year though, not sure.

The rear reminds me of the 98-02 Honda Accord rear ends but instead it's a baby version of it. haha

I've always thought that too, I think that Honda just robbed the spare parts bun when they created some cars. Everything on the car is from something else.

Aside from the front end, trunk, tail lights, rims, and materials in the interior, it's basically a Civic EX.

With all the extra **** they put in these cars, Honda just made a Civic fat ***. When I get bored with it, its becoming a track car, so not looking to do anything huge to the motor, it will be replaced in a year or two anyway
