Any decent enough times to talk about? How does Dave see out of his car with all the blunt smoke in there?

haha no. i have to make sure its safe to go fast before i actually "go fast" the straight axle that we made is sketchy, the car wiggles in 3rd and 4th gear. you can feel the rear move from side to side.
on the 1st run i just wanted to see how much boost it would make (40-45psi 3rd gear roll on is sick)
2nd run, took the hose off the top of the wg, to run off spring pres, only boost about 8-9 psi.
the 2 step is not working, and i dont know if the boost control is working, but after the 1st run, we were checking the springs in the wg, and noticed the valve on the wg looked to have moved (judging by the grease on the valve) ...... but i also have that Hall sensor for my vss, so in order for the boost to work, the vss would have to be working too. i have the boost setup mph=target boost. i belive the setting i have on that was 35, i will check it later. who knows if it was working, but 3rd gear @40+ was short and sweet. lol
the car is fast as ****, but the straight axle is sketchy, and didnt get its NHRA sticker because i got no D-bars.
(half the reason i went to the track today, was to get that stinkin sticker)
shes a runner for sure.

No sarcasm at all, I was serious. Dave went to get his cage certified and ddint because he had no D bars. We have a guy local who certifies cages for NHRA he came up to a local shop who had like 5-6 cars needing to be certified, he looked at one and said nope this aint gonna pass so they didnt get any done. They went to the track and someone certified all the cages. Other stories I have heard people have been certified BUT told that they need the D bars in 2 years. Crazy man

Dave- there is a small street race style event over here at MIR on saturday evening, I am gonna talk to the owner of the track to see if we can get you over there for a couple real shakedown passes and see if brad wants to roll over there to help with anything on the AEM

(this was the 2nd run with low low boost. you cant really see the car wiggle, but you can definitly feel it in the car, back to the drawin board on that sketchy straight axle )
