Leave your engine idling then go pull each of your spark plug wires out one by one and listen if the engine changes, put it back in, if it doesnt then shut it off and pull that spark plug and check it out
Since your ran through water its most likely your plugs or wires..
If you want can just replace them all if you got the cash on hand..

Pull each plug wire. The engine speed should drop and the idle should get worse. If you pull any plug wire and the engine speed either barely changes, or doesn't change at all, you just found the cylinder with the misfire.
The misfire could be several things. Some major, some minor.
Check for water in the actual plug hole, check to see if you're getting spark on that cylinder. Take out the spark plug, inspect it, and look for water in the hole or on the spark plug body. If there is water there, dry the plug throughly. Then put a rag on a stick and clean the plug hole. Try to get it as dry as possible.
Check the distributor connections for the spark plug wires and make sure they're dry also. Take off the distributor cap, make sure it's dry inside.
If that is not your issue, you may have to spend some timediagnoising it. It may be a good idea to take it somewhere in that case.

as suggested before, i'd pull the plugs, inspect the plugs, let the block air-dry for a while (or overnight), pull the distributor cap and inspect the cap & rotor. replace what may need replaced and reassemble.
