well this is the first time trying to start it and it just turns over i have spark and i have fuel but its just nothing it wont start
and as far as i know i did it right cus it was my first time and it was buy my self so

LOL! Di you seriously just say you know you rebuilt it right by yourself your first time yet it won't start? You messed up somewhere.
The easiest thing to do is to go back step and step and inspect each component for compression. Head gasket might be at fault or the rings were not installed properly, did you hone the block? Did you make sure the rings where set 120deg apart. I hope you followed a honda manual.
The first time I rebuilt a DOHC VTEC engine I used a honda manual and it turned out great. There was a few hickups but nothing major. I've never had an engine not start tho.
