Default e85 first start on a basemap?

ok guys heres the thing my car is just about completed. 12.2:1 ls/vtec
one of my other threads i was told i run a itr basemap just to start the car run it through the gears not planning on getting into vtec. but I'm planning on tunning my car on E85 will it be ok to start my car on e85 for its first cranking and will ie85 be ok on an itr basemap? so i dont have to drain it all out before i go to the dyno.

no. im not sure where the P72 map will put you as far as AFR's go but i can bet you will be super lean. unless you are doing real time editing dont even try it before you scale the map. shoot for about a 10.5:1 AFR to be safe and then tune it from there.

you need more fuel when you run e85. I would not run a stock basemap on the initial start up for that reason but thats just my opinion
