ok well today i was looking where its leaking oil and it was coming out thru the headers in the bottom where it connects with the piping and it throws out white smoke its strange how it leakes thru the headers. Is this a sign of a blown head gasket ?

would i have to replace the whole head gasket ? if i buy the whole head gasket set. well when i got it installed the shop said they would do a leakdown test and compression but i guess they didnt do that.

Who got the engine? You or them? If they selected it, they got a dud and should replace either the head gasket or the entire engine. If you got it, you'll have to either pay for the head gasket replacement or do it yourself. It's not very difficult (and is cheap), but if you're not mechanically inclined, it will take some time.

which head gasket is a good quality ? i called honda and they said $60 but i think its only the head gasket. as i want to change everything
I've had a similar problem and at first I thought it was the head gasket b/c oil was coming out from underneath the header area so I thought it was coming out of the head. THere was also lots of oil in the exhaust chambers.
So I pulled the head off and replaced the headgasket and valve stem seals while I was in there. I started the car up and I was getting oil again but this time I noticed more in exhaust chambers and none from underneath the head. So I thought maybe I expletiveed up the valve stem seals.
Then I decided to use another low mileage head because I didn't want to mess with valve stems. I started the car up and got oil coming out of the exhaust chambers AGAIN. Only one culprit left.....piston rings. I honed the block and put in new rings....everything has been fine ever since.
This post is just to let you know that there is more than one possibility that could be causing this problem so I would try and diagnose a little better before sending it to the shop only to have them do it all over again.
Edit:
Honda head gaskets are very high quality. Use the head gasket from the y8 if you have a d-series because its MUCH cheaper from honda and swaps right on with no problem.

ummm well i think my headers are cracked because that's where its leaking from right where the headers connect to the piping so it burns that oil and white smoke coming from the exhaust looking like water and oil and smelling like gas. and when i want to accelerate the motor feals weird as if it wants to shut down. So im thinking its the head gasket as ive read similar topics on the forum.but i could be wrong more help appreciated thanks
