hey guys my friend needs some help..

he has a b16a2 engine and its all obd2 it was running until they messed with the injector wires and he cant get it running again so he bought a obd1 gsr engine harness..

the question is how would we hook up the obd1 harness to the obd2 engine?
what all would we need to splice and connect? he has a obd2 dizzy and alt. that i know of?

any diagrams? any help would be greatly appreciated.. trying to get this thing running today in like an hour so please send your knowledge this way..

thanks a lot guys in advance...

Get the clips from an OBD2 alternator and splice it with the OB1 harness. Its all color match. I may be wrong, but i think the injectors impedence or something may be different for OBD2 but I'm not positive. If you've got the Si Harness, It should work fine, everything should plug and play on the B16 except for dizzy and Alt. You may be able to repin that OBD2 dizzy also but not positive. Look up the wiring diagram for the 2 distributors and you may be able to make it work.

i dont see why you would use a gsr harness since your car isnt a gsr and the motor isnt a gsr. get obd1 dist and alt ad if possible an obd1 b16 intake manifold. obd2 has the iat in the intake arm and the evap purge solenoid in a different location.
